Yong graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Finance, where he developed a solid foundation in financial analysis and investment structuring. Over the past several years, he has been involved in the development of more than 500,000 square feet of real estate projects, participating across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.

As a Principal, Yong plays a key role in designing efficient capital stacks, negotiating deal terms, and supporting the execution of well-structured real estate investments at Amara Holding Group.

Xiao Hu is a Principal at Amara Holding Group, responsible for overseeing the firm's overall investment strategy, underwriting, and asset management across real estate equity and mortgage investments.

Xiao graduated from New York University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Development, where she developed a strong foundation in real estate valuation, capital markets, and structured finance. Throughout her career, Xiao and her team have managed or been directly involved in more than $1 billion in real estate equity and mortgage investments, spanning multiple asset classes and geographic markets. Her experience includes transaction structuring, financial modeling, risk management, and portfolio oversight.

As a Principal, Xiao applies a disciplined, institutional investment approach focused on capital preservation, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation.

Quan Lin is a Principal with extensive experience in real estate development, construction management, and asset optimization across mixed-use and transit-oriented projects. He focuses on driving value creation through strategic planning, disciplined execution, and effective coordination across all project stakeholders.

Throughout his career, Quan has led the development and management of large-scale residential and mixed-use properties, overseeing portfolios ranging from 40-unit buildings to projects exceeding 100+ residential units and significant commercial square footage. Quan has extensive expertise in site acquisition analysis, project feasibility, budgeting, and construction oversight. He has managed project budgets exceeding $150 million and led cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and property managers to deliver projects on time and within budget. His background in construction management allows him to proactively manage risk, evaluate development alternatives, and implement cost-effective design and change management solutions.

As a Principal, Quan focuses on identifying and executing high-potential development opportunities, optimizing design and construction strategies, and enhancing long-term asset performance through thoughtful and data-driven decision-making.

Wei Chen is the Principal and driving force behind Amara Holding Group, a forward-thinking real estate development firm dedicated to reshaping the built environment. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Mr. Chen entered the development sector in 2016 and has since led the firm through significant growth and execution milestones.

Under his leadership, Amara Holding Group has successfully developed more than 300,000 square feet of real estate projects, demonstrating a strong track record across the full development lifecycle. The firm is distinguished by its integrated, in-house capabilities, encompassing efficient design, development, and ongoing asset management across a diverse range of property types.

Caden Chen is a Project Development and Construction Manager with a strong focus on improving project efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety throughout the development and construction process. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from the University of Wisconsin, providing him with a solid foundation in process optimization, operational planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Caden is involved in project planning, construction coordination, and workflow optimization across a range of development projects. He works closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline project execution, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

With an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach, Caden is committed to enhancing project performance through effective planning, continuous process improvement, and practical problem-solving.

Charlie Jin is a construction and real estate development professional with experience in residential and mixed-use developments. His work encompasses project management, construction coordination, development planning, and the day-to-day execution of projects from pre-construction through completion.

Charlie has been involved in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, supporting project scheduling and budgeting, and working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with design, quality, and regulatory requirements. His ability to manage complex project workflows and facilitate communication among stakeholders contributes to the successful execution of each development.

Eric Yang has two years of experience in the construction industry, supporting the planning and execution of large-scale residential development projects.

During his time at Sunlight Construction, Eric contributed to the successful delivery of several notable projects, including a five-story townhouse development in Brooklyn and a 122-unit condominium project. He was actively involved in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site construction management, helping ensure projects progressed efficiently while meeting quality standards and project timelines.

With hands-on experience across multiple phases of residential development, Eric is committed to delivering well-executed projects through effective coordination, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Zheng Lei holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Before joining the development side of the industry, Zheng worked at leading architectural firms, contributing to a wide range of domestic and international projects, including office buildings in New York City, mixed-use developments in China, and large-scale master planning projects in Abu Dhabi.

Zheng is passionate about creating high-quality residential developments in New York City by integrating thoughtful design, efficient execution, and long-term value. At Amara Holding Group, she is involved throughout the entire development process — from early-stage site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies to project management, procurement coordination, construction administration, and collaboration with architects, consultants, and the marketing team.

Yvonne Cheng, CPA is an Accounting Manager and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York. She oversees the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial management, helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial processes.

Drawing on her professional accounting expertise, Yvonne supports budgeting, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. She works closely with internal teams and external advisors to maintain organized financial operations, support informed business decisions, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

With a detail-oriented and analytical approach, Yvonne is committed to maintaining strong financial governance and supporting the company's long-term growth through sound financial management.

Haiyang Xu serves as Tech Lead, responsible for technology strategy, system architecture, and the development of digital platforms that support the company’s real estate, investment, and operational initiatives. He specializes in full-stack engineering, artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, and workflow automation, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions.

Haiyang holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His professional experience spans machine learning, data engineering, enterprise analytics, and software development. Prior to joining the company, he developed AI-powered analytics workflows, large-scale forecasting systems, and governed data platforms for organizations including Verizon Communications.

As Tech Lead, Haiyang oversees the architecture and delivery of the company’s technology products, including property platforms, corporate websites, internal systems, and AI-assisted tools. He works closely with development, investment, marketing, and operations teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions, establish engineering standards, and improve efficiency through automation and data-driven decision-making. Through a combination of technical leadership and hands-on execution, Haiyang supports the company’s continued innovation and long-term growth.
